Dean has been designing luxury swimming pools and landscaping since 1978 and his process is structured to ensure you leave happy and get an amazing design.

You may schedule a Design Consultation by filling out the form below, and we’ll discuss your design goals, budget, and timeline over the phone.
Choosing Dean Sutton Designs
Should you choose Dean Sutton Designs, I will then come to your home to complete an on-site evaluation. After that I will provide you with a quote for an design fee to move forward.
Initial Design Presentation
Each design is a custom creation, and we leave no detail out. Once completed, we will present the initial design for your review.
Edits & Final Design Presentation
We will then update your design based on your comments and present you with your final design. Then you’re ready to start building!
